Our skin has it’s own process of renewal and regeneration, let’s not interfere with this, but actually encourage and support your skin’s inherent wisdom.

Dien Chan Zone

This treatment begins and ends with touch to engage with our nervous system. It is a Vietnamese facial multi-reflexology that can bring our body back to its most optimal state. It can treat dis-ease as well as act as preventative care.

By applying light pressure to points and zones on the face we send a signal to the brain where all organs are stored in a “database”. Our central nervous system then sends response to the chosen organ or system to return to homeostasis or balance.

This is our body’s natural intelligence. Our face is a reflex zone of the highest order. This is an ancient art and science practiced for 5000 years.

Gua - To scrape or rub Sha- Reddish rash, blood stagnation, flow to surface of skin

Gua sha is an ancient East Asian healing technique that involves the uni-directional press-stroking of a small jade or gemstone board. This manipulates and stimulates specific energy lines and points along the face and body- helping break up blood stagnation, free toxic accumulation, promote lymphatic drainage and increase the life force energy that runs throughout our body.

It helps unwind the tissue, reduces inflammation, puffiness and dark circles, and creates space for the optimal flow of blood, oxygen and lymph and nutrients, and minimizes fine lines and wrinkles, as well as providing natural tension and pain relief.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Our lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help the body get rid of toxins and waste, and helps fight infections by circulating our immune system.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a light touch, subtle physical therapy that provides deep relaxation while accelerating cellular repair and regeneration.

MLD removes congestion in the tissue allowing oxygen and nutrients to reach each individual cell. This is essential to healthy glowing skin.

The real magic is the way in which we activate our body’s natural healing process, inducing a relaxation response that combat the effects of physical stress we see on our skin.
